Both barbells and dumbbells are great for gaining size and strength. However, they aren’t quite the same thing. Each of them has their own strengths and weaknesses. That’s why at Barbell Club we use both to fully utilize all components of strength training to build your physique and increase performance!

You don't have to be a bodybuilder or professional athlete to reap the benefits of weight training. When done correctly, weight training can help you lose fat, increase your strength and muscle tone, and improve your bone density. If done incorrectly, however, weight training won't give you these benefits — and may even lead to injury. If this sounds right for you I will properly guide you to your fitness/bodily goals!
